Break on Through is a dynamic FET-based limiter and distortion unit derived from a classic analogue microphone limiter circuit. Originally used (and creatively abused) in studio environments, this design has been expanded into a powerful sound-shaping tool with a wide tonal palette ranging from subtle saturation to aggressive distortion.
